Jesse (Kenny) Williams, 1953-2009

Kenny Williams was the founder and President of United Restoration and Preservation, Inc.

Kenny's legacy will live on through the company and our website.  He was a family man with a loving wife (Karen), three married children (Kristi, Brad and Robbie) and two grandchildren.  Kenny was the best boss, friend, mentor and partner that the United Restoration and Preservation family could have asked for.  His leadership was second to none.  People gravitated toward his principles and business skills.  As a result, he was well-respected and liked in the construction industry, an industry he had been in for over 35 years.

  • Graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
  • Responsible for overall corporate operations, including estimating, project management, sales and customer relations.
  • Georgia General Contractor Qualified Agent.

Floyd Parks, Vice President of Operations

  • Years of Construction Experience: 40
  • Graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Mechanics.
  • Responsible for overall corporate operations, including production, project management and customer relations.

Rodney Parks, Superintendent-New Orleans

  • Years of Construction Experience: 10
  • Responsible for production operations in New Orleans market

Chris Paradee, Branch Manager-New Orleans

  • Years of Construction Experience: 13
  • Graduated from Lousiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the New Orleans operations including sales, marketing, production, administration and building/maintaining customer relations.

Harry Ellis, Vice President-San Antonio

  • Years of Construction Experience: 17
  • Responsible for all aspects of the San Antonio operations, including business development, estimating, project management, sales and customer relations.
  • Has been working in the San Antonio/Austin area since 2004.

Les Hines, Project Manager - San Antonio

  • Responsible for production operations in the San Antonio market.
  • Has been working in the San Antonio/Austin area since 2004.

David Parks, Branch Manager- Houston

  • Years of Construction Experience: 15
  • Responsible for all aspects of Houston branch operations, including sales, marketing, production, administration and building/maintaining customer relationships in the Houston market area.

Dennis Meagh, Project Manager - Atlanta

  • Graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science 
  • Responsible for managing operations and estimating in the Atlanta market

  • Years of Construction Experience: 12
  • Graduated from Presbyterian College
  • Responsibilities include business developmen- Atlantat project management and  customer relations in the Atlanta market area.

  • Graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
  • Responsibilities for all aspects of the Atlanta operations including business development, sales, estimating, project mangement and customer relations.
