Testimonials

“Since the commencement of construction United showed complete knowledge of the team’s expectations. They managed those expectations effectively through communication, not only from their main office, but most importantly from their qualified Superintendents in the field. The provided practical and logical work flow schedules, giving reasonable timeframes of when certain portions of work would be completed. They consistently completed areas of work ahead of schedule.”

I am happy to reference United Restoration and Preservation, Inc. United Restoration is among the finest contracting I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with in my 40 years of professional experience, 36 of which were in the private sector (including 25 years in private practice in New Orleans, LA). The company is family-owned business whose success is built on professional ethics, fair principles and business acumen, through which it has earned a well-respected national reputation.

“Many times I have had to hire URP to perform investigations on buildings that either had water damage, fire damage, or Hurricane Damage and then present a proposal to make the necessary and recommended repairs of which 99% of them they performed and 100% were satisfied. URP has never failed to complete a project and have always completed them before or on schedule.”

I have experience on several projects with URP personally, as well as, a consultant within my company. They have installed both our waterproofing deck coatings, pedestrian and vehicular, as well as our epoxy resinous flooring systems. All projects that I have been involved with have been successfully installed, and to my knowledge have performed exceptionally to date. United Restoration is a NEOGARD “licensed applicator” which designates them as quality contractor that understands all aspects of our systems with regards to surface preparation, and systems installation. This is a process that they did extra efforts to achieve, and shows their commitment to quality.

“You don’t know how much it means to me, as an Owner, to have someone do what they say there are going to do when they say there are going to do it AND to do it right the first time! The entire United Restoration team should be very proud of the project! Keep doing what you do!”

This is a commendation for United Restoration & Waterproofing. Georgia Tech has contracted with them on multiple projects via multiple delivery methods – hard bid, direct award and as a subcontractor to General Contractors. On all of the projects they have completed for Georgia Tech they have done an outstanding job. In addition, they are always available if issues arise. They are open and honest about their limitations (for example they will let you know if they do not have the resources to tackle a project) and they always do what they indicate that they will do. They consistently exhibit professionalism and knowledge. They are not afraid to challenge a proposed methodology if they believe an alternate system to be in the best interest of the project. They do it right the first time and their punch lists are minimal. They are an excellent Owner’s advocate and partner.

“From our initial meeting with United, we were left with a very positive impression. With an approach that was genuine and sincere, it was clear to us that United prided itself on being a hands-on organization with a high attention to detail. As we moved through the construction process, it was clearly evident we have made the right decision, especially as we leveraged their experience and expertise for items and issues which were discovered along the way”

“United Restoration has always exceeded our expectations on the numerous projects that we have been involved with. I would personally and professionally recommend United Restoration as a very competent installer for all the restoration and protection systems that BASF manufacturers.”
